• Any past behaviour of rogue guests may not be indicative of their future behaviour and is not a guarantee that they will not cause greater loss or damages to your business. If you decide to accept accommodation with a rogue guest listed on our database, we are not a party to any agreement you reach with that guest and you accept full responsibility for your entire relationship with that guest.
• Even if a guest does not show up in the search results as being problematic, we make no guarantee that they will be a good guest. They may still do the wrong thing and your property or business may still suffer harm even though they are not listed as a rogue guest on our platform. Bear in mind that not all rogue guests are listed on our database (eg. if it is their first time staying at a hotel, or if their previous accommodation providers are not members with us and did not upload information about them to our platform).

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your objectives will be met or that your results will be as expected, consistent or improve.

In conjunction with your other risk minimisation business practices, our website should be used as part of your risk minimisation strategy.

If a search result reveals violence as one of the categories listed against a guest name, you should take additional care when dealing with that guest and provide training for your staff for handling these scenarios.
