- Any past behaviour of rogue guests may not be indicative of their future behaviour and is not a guarantee that they will not cause greater loss or damages to your business. If you decide to accept accommodation with a rogue guest listed on our database, we are not a party to any agreement you reach with that guest and you accept full responsibility for your entire relationship with that guest.
- Even if a guest does not show up in the search results as being problematic, we make no guarantee that they will be a good guest. They may still do the wrong thing, and your property or business may still suffer harm even though they are not listed as a rogue guest on our platform. Bear in mind that not all rogue guests are listed on our database (eg. if it is their first time staying at a hotel, or if their previous accommodation providers are not members with us and did not upload information about them to our platform).
- Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your objectives will be met or that your results will be as expected, consistent or improve.
- In conjunction with your other risk minimisation business practices, our website/platform should be used as part of your risk minimisation strategy.
- If a search result reveals violence as one of the categories listed against a guest name, you should take additional care when dealing with that guest and provide training for your staff for handling these scenarios.
