How this website works
Our main website is designed to let you know who we are and how we can help you.
Our database contains information about rogue guests and is a paid feature of our website. To gain access to our database, you will need to become a member with us either:
1) Directly through us; or
You can become a member with us by signing up directly through our website’s ‘Sign Up Form’ and making payment of the membership fee. We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person.
As part of the sign-up process, you are required to carefully read our Members Terms and Conditions (separate to these Terms of Use) and tick a box to agree to be bound by those terms. Please do not make payment for our services if you do not agree to our Members Terms and Conditions.

We work with a number of PMS providers and allow them to integrate our database with their booking system. If you are using a PMS provider who makes our platform available as part of your use of their services, you may have access to our database or certain features of our database via your PMS provider, provided that you become a member with us.
You will need to agree to our Membership Terms and Conditions before our services will be available to you.
Your relationship with your PMS provider continues to be governed by your PMS provider’s terms and conditions.
