As a user of the GtoB platform, you have access to a range of member resources that are designed to help you comply with some of your legal obligations.
Please understand that adopting those resources does not mean you have fully discharged your legal obligations. You need to consider your own circumstances and take all necessary steps to ensure that your business is fully compliant (eg. implement additional policies and seek professional advice where appropriate). This remains your sole responsibility, and not ours, at all times.
Provided for your use:
• A Privacy & Disclosure statement for your guests, which you can display at your reception desk, on your website and or booking site(s). You must obtain written consent from each of your guests that they agree to you sharing their personal information with us, and for their information to be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• A Disclaimer for GtoB Members, which you can add to your Guest Registration forms
• High Resolution Members Logo for your Websites
• Members Logo suitable for social media - Facebook/Instagram/Twitter
• A license agreement for use of the above licensed material
• Members terms and conditions, to refer to as required. If there is anything that is not answered by the T&C’s, please email us your enquiry.
All the documents within our members area may be updated by us overtime. When we make updates, we will post a notice on the members’ site.
